Health solutions company Infinitus is creating direct selling opportunities for Chinese entrepreneurs through new social e-commerce directives. Livestreaming, cloud technology, and digital platforms like WeChat will help the company adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols while expanding its reach.

"The pandemic has had unprecedented effects on the global economy and impacted all walks of life, says Huang Jianlong, Managing Director of Infinitus (China) Company Ltd. "The more uncertain the times, the more we must explore the nature of the problem and strive for resilience against the face of the unknown.”

Infinitus added a new direct selling model to its existing channels in September 2019, and in January announced it would work with Tencent Smart Retail to assist with its online-offline integration. The strategic partnership resulted in Inifinitus Online Mall and Infinitus Marketing Assistant, what it calls "mini-programs,” to aid with content marketing, customer acquisition and digital management.
