在上市公司數量迅速增長的同時，香港股市近年來多次榮獲全球 ipo"籌資之王”的稱號。港交所數據顯示，2019年，港交所憑借3128.89億港元的募資總額，蟬聯全球IpO集資冠軍。這是近5年第4次在IpO集資額上奪冠，也是10年來六度稱王。

安永亞太區上市辦事主管蔡偉榮日前暗示，往年第二季度，本地和香港的IpO舉止複原到了新冠疫情迸發前的程度，首要原因是疫情在內地得到了控制，以及一些備受矚目的公司在香港進行了二次上市。蔡偉榮，以維持香港的股市在2020年全年IpO募集資金250十億元的預測，今年有機會成為全球前三大募集資金，甚至蟬聯冠軍。

1,運動過量

俗話說，生命在於運動。這句話本身沒錯，但是不嚴謹。對於企業維持自己生命教育活動的重要影響髒器，比如心肺腦來說，運動發展能夠有效改善其功能，加速新陳代謝，對上述內髒有明確的益處。適度運動對骨和軟骨的好處也非常多，而應該根據自己的年齡，運動的量通常選擇自己集成的運動和力量。過多的運動會損害運動系統，尤其是為心髒、肺、大腦和其他內部器官服務的韌帶、軟骨。有這幾種不同情況進行特別容易誘發膝關節疼痛：

①本身就有膝關節疼痛的。

②平時不怎么運動，突然增加運動量的。比如：平時基本不了解運動，今天我們突然下決心自己跑了三五公裏。

③人群開始減肥。體重的人很多，它是在關節本身就是一個很大的負擔，然後突然開始移動沒有循序漸進，超過膝蓋的負荷。

女性40歲以上，男性50歲以上，平時沒有長期的運動習慣，要爬山，徒步等高強度戶外運動，旅遊。

這種疼痛都是我們因為他們突然增加的膝關節負荷導致軟骨磨損，骨小梁微損傷，韌帶勞損等沒法在短期內無法得到發展及時進行修複環境造成的。如果你去拍核磁共振，可能我們會被社會告知患者膝關節周圍進行骨骼的骨髓水腫，關節少量積液等。

建議：

A：有傷病的養好了再運動，帶傷上陣，有必要嗎?為國爭光趕上的事情?或專用於它的黨趕?

B：開展運動健身計劃也好，減肥也好，凡事都要循序漸進，過猶不及。 如果你沒有健身經驗，不要蹲下和其他下肢重量項目。不要在三公裏，五公裏習慣跑起來。你今天跑了5公裏，明天你可能會因為膝蓋疼而停止鍛煉。

中青年人的半月板撕裂以及建議進行關節鏡手術患者治療。然而，專業的運動醫學醫生或聯合考試，症狀是明確的，在手術前撕裂NMR的一貫立場。否則效果分析可能不佳。

老年人由於磨損的關節軟骨損傷，坑坑窪窪的，其中不乏伴有半月板變性或撕裂，甚至磨損和撕裂。對於中度至重度關節炎合並半月板損傷，單獨半月板損傷的治療意義已經不大。

5.韌帶損傷

膝關節活動之所以我們能夠更加穩定而靈活的運動，關節進行內外的多條韌帶功不可沒。它包括前部和後部十字韌帶，外側副韌帶，損傷到膝關節的韌帶任何可能導致不穩定和疼痛。有些人因為打球或外傷，造成韌帶斷裂卻沒有重視。幾星期後，疼痛消退了，就不怎么管了，也沒有很及時的檢查。損傷的韌帶讓膝關節喪失了一定的穩定性，活動時膝關節有錯動感，不敢做敏捷動作等，久而久之，軟骨、半月板損傷、膝關節反複積液，造成不可逆的傷害。

韌帶損傷的幾個特點：

①不一定非常疼。

②常常有膝關節不穩定的感覺。

韌帶斷裂往往需要外科手術。

建議運動傷或外傷後關節的腫脹疼痛，建議攝核磁共振，到正規關節外科或運動科明確韌帶情況。

建議：

A：劇烈運動前注意充分熱身。

B：不要忽視膝蓋的疼痛或腫脹，特別是當你有一個以前的傷害或"錯誤的運動”在快速行動。

6.強壯的下肢肌肉是韌帶的有力保障。

7.滑膜皺襞綜合征

這個問題大家對於可能通過比較陌生，別說普通用戶人群了，就是不研究進行關節疾病和運動損傷的其他科醫生可能也沒怎么聽過。 但這不是關節疼痛的罕見原因。
